I liked the availability of the service and thought the price was reasonable. There were a few areas where wax had spilled onto the carpet which were not noticed. However overall the experience was good.

Louis was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and did a wonderful job! He didn't hurry through the cleaning and was very thorough. He explained every step of the process and made suggestions for cleaning up any stains in the future. He even left solution for the carpet for future use! His prices are very fair and he is very professional. I will definitely hire him again for any future carpet cleaning projects.

The experience was impressive from start to finish. I was contacted before I completely logged off of the website. Now that is what I call immediate response. Louis was very professional in all his communication. His work was absolutely superb. He was very detailed and meticulous in completing the work. He continually gave me a status as the job was progressing. This is the most outstanding carpet cleaning experience I've had in 42 years.

He called me immediately. He was a lovely man friendly and professional and did a great job. In fact I had him do some small painting in my kitchen and bathrooms and doors. He gave me a great price and did a fine job. I felt very safe and was able to leave him alone without fear or worry to work. I would recommend him to anyone.

I found the price to be high as a single mom, but it had to be done. I didn't have the funds...still don't but he did excepted a post dated check which I really appreciate. However I have to worry about how to feed my son for the next two weeks.......I wish he could have waited for the 15th of this month but I know everything is about money! He did do a very good job. So do appreciated his work.
