Amazing service

Good workmanship and the owner was attentive to my concerns. I had an issue with some drip edge wood dry rot after the project was completed and the owner still came to my house and resolved the problem. I am pleased with the final result.

Awesome roofer, pleasure to have met him. He did an awesome job. Will refer him to friends and will be the first contact when I need to repair or replace my current roof.

Got quotes and talked to 3 other roofers. 3rd Generation Roofing gave me the best pricing, great costomer service and followup, and their crew was efficient and clean. I would, and already have, recommended 3rd Generation Roofing to others in need of a new roof. Altogether a good project experience.

Eric came out for the estimate and provided the various options and what he would generally provide. He was patient (Unlike Skyline Roofing)in our vacillation between concrete tile and composition shingles (Provided samples for both types)and also a delay in schedule due to tenting for termites. His price estimate was in line with other estimates (Except iRoof which was almost twice as much as everyone else) He provided a complete package without me asking, including radiant barrier sheathing, roof vents, new flashings, replacement of dry rot wood (included in the overall price) etc. There was a delay in the start date due to rain (Rain in SoCal?) The first day his crew (very friendly) showed up early and did not waste any time tearing off the 40 year old concrete tile roof. Second day they completed the tear off, did some structural repairs I had asked for and started sheathing (required due to the original spaced sheathing construction) Third day (Friday)completed sheathing, building department inspection (permit etc all handled by Eric) and began installation of the felts and composition shingles. They returned on Monday to complete the roof and clean up, with final building department inspection on Tuesday. Very pleased with the final product and the clean up that the crew did. We are now ready for El Nino!

Outstanding work from the initial estimate to the final cleanup and inspection. Eric (owner) was fully engaged from start to finish, quick to answer my (neverending) text messages or calls. Not only improved the look of the house by putting on the new roof, improved it by taking the extra time to do the little things right. That's what makes his company worth considering. All the damaged 1x8 pieces were replaced under the contract, no additional $$$ for those. Well worth slightly higher price vs another lower estimate that didn't include all that replacement labor and materials; he replaced upwards of 100 board feet of wood. The people he has working for him are really conscientious. When they say they'll start at 7:30, they arrive at 7:20, and begin work right on time.

Owner Eric Russell was very professional and communicated with us throughout the process. The job, including the tear-off, was done in under 3 days! We went with Eric's color suggestion and couldn't be more pleased with the final result. His workers were courteous and efficient and cleaned up after each day. We will recommend this company to our friends and family.

Had the company replace my whole house roof and garage roof. We didn’t think anything of it. They were fast and efficient. Four years down the line we noticed that part of ceiling had water damage as time progresses. Went up to attic and noticed leaks in multiple places. Called the company and left multiple messages to call back because no one ever pick up the phone. Company never did call back. We advice is NOT to use this company. Buyer beware.
