3 C's Property Solutions is a small company based in Indianapolis. We can really do it all when it comes to updates for your residential and commercial property's. I am an electrician by trade and mainly focus electrical Issues and upgrades to your home. Upgrade your power service from 100 amp to 200 amp. New panel installs if your older house has a panel that needs to be changed. Lighting and receptacles look bad? Swap them out. New ceiling fans and new modern lights wanted throughout your home. Let’s get them changed. Anything you want upgraded we are here to provide the client what they want. I also offer services of Pressure washing, mold restoration, painting, deck builds or repairs, any add on

Chris was great. He installed two ceiling fans in my industrial style condo with 14 ft concrete ceilings in downtown indy. There wasn't any wiring or switches. He shows up on time, has great communication and completed the job with a clean and professional work. Will definitely hire him again for my next projects!

Chris did a great job installing 7 recessed lights in the great room. He was very precise and really cared about the placement of the lighting. He was very knowledgeable and didn't stop working the entire time he was here. We are really please with the final product and we will be using him in the future for lighting projects.

I couldn't be happier w the job Chris did. He's very responsive, he always kept in communication w me to be sure I knew what was going on every step of the way, he's flexible and works around the customers schedule. He cares about his customers and makes sure his work is done safe and correct. He isn't out to just make a dollar and I would refer him to anyone I know needing electrical work done. If it weren't for him working w me in order to get the botched job corrected I don't know what I would have done.
