3E Insulation

I highly recommend 3 Insulation. Craig (the owner) was professional, informative, knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and kind. I needed my 1991 house insulation brought up to 2023 standards, and Craig explained in detail what needed to be done.Work included: R-30+ blown fiberglass over both attic spaces Depth Rulers Included Protect the chimney cavity with the insulation cloth included. Air sealing service with materials seals off pipes, wires, junction boxes, fans, etc. Insulate the hatch with R30 batts. Install baffles where needed for proper air flow. Seal Ducts with water based mastic. Seal ducts in drywall with foam sealant. Attic trash and debris cleanup includedAll of the work that Craig and his team completed has now resulted in a much cooler house, which is sure to lower energy bills. Also, Craig was knowledgeable about the rebate process that Duke Energy offers, and he submitted the rebate applications for me. You will NOT be disappointed in the quality and integrity of 3E Insulation. (BTW, this is NOT a paid review.) I am just a very happy customer!

Very well organized

My husband and I can never say enough about Mr. Cox. He was very professional and explained in detail exactly what he had to offer when installing our blown in insulation. He came out and gave us an estimate of the costs one day, we hired him and within a week, he came out to do our insulation project. Our project was completed all in one day. I would highly recommend Mr. Cox and his team.

These gentlemen were exceptional. Greg explained the process from beginning to end. He also gave me some pointers and better airflow for my attic. The price was lower than I expected. Project - Add blown-in insulation, install "tent" over attic access stairs, correct exhaust vent issues, and generally clean attic area. Craig was knowledgeable and excellent!! He got here on time and got the job down in an excellent manner. He was professional in every aspect of the work and made sure I was happy with the job he did before he left. I would use him for future work and will definitely recommend him to others.

Craig and his team were very kind, professional, communicative and did an awesome job. Our 1960s house is not wired to support HVAC, it's been so hot that I was desperate. Craig came over and was very honest and knowledgeable about energy efficiencies that we could utilize to cool our home at a very low cost to us. He even told us exactly what to do- his honesty is refreshing, he is truly invested in doing what is best for his customer. He came in and brought our 2 inches of rolled insulation up to 16" and our house feels so great. It feels bearable. He let me inspect his work and answered all of my questions, and was even so kind and patient with my curious and talkative 4 year old. I can't recommend 3e and Craig Cox enough!
