First impression was great - Eugene came out within a couple of hours of our first call on Thursday afternoon, placed a trap in my attic, advised me to check it in a couple of days and call him and he would come back out to remove it and repair the entry point so raccoons could not return. Animal was trapped early Saturday morning, but when I try to call the number provided there is no answer and the voicemail is not set up to take messages. After two attempts I sent a text, and got a reply that he would call me in the morning. That was 4 days ago now, no return phone call, no answer, no reply to texts or emails. Looks like I paid $250 for a live animal trap and now have a likely-dead animal to dispose of myself, and repairs to make.

I made it home from work at 10:45 pm. Around 11:10 I heard movement in the attic. My dog started barking and ran to the den area. Immediately checked in with Angi. Contractors responding Immediately. Kings Pest Control called to my surpise. Knowlegdeable and totally empathic to all of my questions. The visitor in my attic moved around until 2:10 am. Kings Pest Control arrived ASAP considering my schedule and extreme weather caution advisory. Finding the entrance access. Trap set, evicting my attic visitor within a couple of days. 1000% Satisfied with the service. Extremely reasonable prices.
