Kitchen - Remodel
I hired Matt to remodel a kitchen cabinet and do yard work. Never touched cabinets,2 months. I was telling him what to do he didn't like that had a fit. He snuck in early one morning took his tools and walked off the job. He did aprox. $4,500.00 damage to my trees. We had a court date to straighten out the damage he had done. We reached an agreement to finish the items he never finished. The court order called for him to finish the items by last Dec.winter set in, we made a verbal agreement to wait until after winter and then finish the jobs he left undone. He said he was never coming back so his obligations to me remain unfinished. Don
