3rd Coast Contracting

3rd Coast was contracted to revise the front entry of our house and replace the roof. I was very disappointed in Naveed and Wesley for the following reasons: 1) They made multiple promises that were subsequently broken. 2) Their subcontractors were unsupervised and didn't follow the drawings nor the code. 3) The roof failed inspection - TWICE. 4) One of their suppliers sent me a letter threatening to put a lien on my house if 3rd Coast didn't pay for materials they purchased. 5) At the end of the job, they tried to get me to approve several change orders that I had not agreed to.

Very professional and got the job done when promised.

Having found them on HomeAdvisor, I cannot recommend this company enough. We hired them to install new siding on our house, and were so impressed with the work, we decided to go ahead and hire them for further work we wanted done.

3rd Coast Contracting were professional and worked quickly. They listened to my concerns bases on Contractor experience from Harvey and were very sensitive to my needs and concerns. I love my deck. Their expertise was valuable as my deck had to be flush with a concrete porch and had a slope involved. Great job

We hired 3rd Coast to perform repairs after Harvey flooded our home. We were grateful that they started removing drywall the next day before mold could set in. They did good work. Not everything was perfect the first time, but they kept at it until we were satisfied. We felt they were honest and dealt with us fairly.

I am so happy my neighbors recommended the experts at 3rd Coast to us! We had been on the fence about starting our remodel for a while and after seeing their work on our neighbors' living room/kitchen, we decided to pull the trigger! Their design team helped me bring all of my ideas together for my gorgeous new kitchen (trust me, I had a lot!) and they were responsive from start to finish. My husband and I have had bad luck in the past with two other contractors and we were blown away by their professionalism. Our budget was $25k and we appreciated that they actually came in a little under without any surprises, gave us good options along the way that helped us save $$$$ and finished our project early. I also asked them to keep the area as clean as possible (we have a two year old and I was worried about his safety) and they obliged without issue. We look forward to our next project with these guys and will only use them in the future!

Great experience and work quickly

I thought this was a professional that knew what they were doing. I hired them to replace my deck and porch around my pool. We discussed and I wanted a broom finish and I wanted a french drain on the patio to alleviate any pooling problems. They decided on their own that they didn't need to do that. They did not grade the patio, so now I have pooling issue. One of the pooling issues is right up against my house and the way it rains it goes up into my weep holes and that is going to create a problem inside my house. This is the issue that they have never addressed since the end of their supposed finish in April and it has been a constant tag to get them here to fix it. They keep patching things but it doesn't work. I have come to the realization that these people have never done a pool decking job before.

They did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
