Rich was very personable & professional. He understood exactly what we were looking for & got the job done, even replacing a sprinkler supply cable that was buried. He under-bid 3 other contractors, but still did a first-rate job. I'd recommend 3rd Gen construction to anyone!

Rich cam right out and gave me an onspot quote. He projected starting the project in 3 weeks but was able to arrive earlier. The team, led by Tim, was a very customer friendly and professional group. I would definetly use them again and highly recommend them.

I hired Richard to install a 30' by 13' concrete pad in my backyard. I was very impressed with everything he did for me. He got the project completed in a timely manner and the quality of his work was amazing. He has helped my experience being a first time homeowner a great one!

They stuck to the estimate even when they had to do more than they originally had anticipated. The only downside is they must be swamped with work, as it took them awhile to get around to us.

Apparently my project (a 3 room addition to my house) is the largest one they have had. They are professional, friendly, hard working and Rich inspects everything they do and is a perfectionist. If there is anything on the downside, it is taking longer than I had thought it would,
