I was very satisfied and happy with the tile work that was done in my bathrooms. He worked with precision and was very knowledgeable in the tile installation. And the seat he built in my shower. He was punctual and worked continuously throughout the day and when the jobs were completed the work areas were left very neat and clean. I was very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend 3rd generation tile.

Rick was great to work with. With all his experience we really lucked out when we hired him. Completed job on time and showed up when he said he would. He was very attentive to detail, matching up the tiles in our backsplash.

Perfection throughout the job… from measuring to setting the tile to grouting. He was on time and charged a very fair price. Because I purchased extra tile, Rick suggested adding tile to the wall above the pass through & it completed the look!

I’ve hired him for 2 tile jobs and I was so impressed with the quality of his work! Shows up on time, gets the job done well, and leaves things nice and neat. I’ll be hiring him again for the rest of my future projects.

I hired Rick Thompson because he was very thorough in his explanation of scope of work, professional, he had a lot of experience, and he seemed very genuine. Turns out I was right. He was very metaphorical, took his time and put each piece of tile in as if it were a puzzle that he was building and said he would be putting the shower in as if it were in his own home and I really appreciated that perspective. He did a phenomenal job and I would recommend him to anyone! He does like to work at his own pace and on his own terms, but he uses all his own things and he’s neat and clean and very polite to the client and customer!

Richard did a great job installing tile in a bedroom. He was started on time and was finished when he said he would be. Project was perfect and looks great. Would recommend him to everyone.

We had a perplexing and potentially serious leaking problem between our shower and tub, and Rick diagnosed the problem, worked diligently all day long for two straight days, and even professionally cleaned our shower for us.
