My name is Richard Donlin and I am the owner and founder of 404 Gutters, LLC. I started my own company because I realized that Cobb County was in need of a hard working, honest gutter installer. Richard arrived when he said he would. He and his crew were very professional in their interactions with me and with the work done. Richard is obviously very knowledgable about gutter installations and how they interface with the roof. I thought about doing the work myself, but that would have been a huge mistake. His price was very competitive.

Paul Martin came out to investigate a problem I was having with a leaking downspout. I thought the downspout needed to be replaced. Paul got up on a ladder and found that the downspout was just clogged with leaves and cleaned it out. Problem solved! I was very appreciative because he was honest and did not try and talk me into something I did not need to have done.

Excellent work and a man of his word. He did exactly what he quoted and actually more. One of the workers accidently broke a light cover and they quickly repaired it with high quality. He was fast to respond to all my questions, I had a lot. I would use him again on other rental property and my own home.
