Gary did a great job installing our two skylights. He included a complete roof inspection and point out some areas to be of concern. Upon completing the installation, they cleaned up every where on the ground as well as the gutters. For once a real professional.

Gary Phillips was very helpful, prompt, efficient, and I would highly recommend him to seal roof vents, and repair what needs to be done! He did not try to "sell" me more than what I truly needed, even though he could have done so easily. He told me there were soft spots on the roof, but that since it isn't load -bearing, it would last as long as the shingles probably, that I did not need to replace anything! He gave me peace of mind! Mr. Gary called immediately, came by my home within 30 minutes, assessed the roof skylight, whilst it was raining, and was able to give me a quote for the work. He came back the following morning and installed my fabulous, new modern skylight whilst giving my roof a thorough examination, too. Will call him in the future for all my roofing needs. I live in California and have a rental in Conyers GA. I needed to have an exhaust vent for a bathroom ceiling fan installed. I was contacted by Gary and he was able to give me a quote the same day. He took photos and recommended additional repairs to other vents on the roof as well as removing debris from the roof. Not being there to see the project for myself it was a great comfort to have the before and after photos and to visually see for myself that the work had been completed to my expectations. Installation and repairs were made that day. I will recommend him and call him in the future.

I had a water stain on my ceiling and needed an immediate assessment. The Roof owner came out right away and immediately diagnosed the problem. He came up with a temporary solution - something to carry me through next spring, when I will need to replace the roof altogether. His prices are reasonable and the service was excellent.

Hire him to do your roof. He was very professional. I made the request for roof inspection and repair at 10am on Home Adviser.Gary called me within 10 mins and was at my home an hour later. He did the repairs right then and did an excellent job. I will use him for my new roof in a few years.

I hired this company following recent heavy rains. Gary assessed the problem, and gave me a reasonable estimate. An estimate I received prior was 3x's as much, which was utterly ridiculous as I had some clue of what was needed. The following day, after agreeing on this estimate; Gary came to complete the job. Gary is very professional and does a complete job. Hired this company to repair my roof which showed some plywood underneath. He not only repaired the root,but inspected and sealed all vents,cleaned the gutter and gave a year warranty. Will definitely recommend.
