I have worked with other contractors in the past, but none compare to this team. Jason and his crew provide a level of prompt, efficient, and cost-effective service that is hard to find these days. Communication was seamless, and our new roof looks absolutely exceptional! Moving forward, Jason at 406 Construction is the only phone call I will make for any future home needs. Highly recommended!

The December 2025 storm at mid month tore off about a third of our roof. The winds reached 100 mph, so hard the neighbors fence snapped the 4x4 posts and blew down. It took State Farm about a month to get someone out to do their estimate, Jason was there for it. Of course, it was less than my deductible. I’m dumping State Farm. Jason eventually got two more estimates, SF wouldn’t budge. It was hard finding matching shingles, at one point SF sent me a note saying a store in Phoenix had them. In the meantime we had a few more storms that blew off portions of the patches 401 Construction had nailed up and each time Jason came over within a day and repaired them. He did this twice on weekends…. No charge. Jason eventually found some shingles that came close, but advised up to replace the whole roof since these shingles had been blowing off for the last several years, a dozen or so at a time. We waited for the weather to warm up so the shingles would lock down better in the heat. When his crew came out they immediately got to work like a military task force, each person knewvexactly what they were supposed to do, ripping off the old shingles and the felt, that was at 730 am. The temp was already about 75. This crew finished the entire roof that day even though the temps got up to 95. They did an amazing job, put on better quality shingles, beat the estimated price and did a much better job than the builder had done! He had already beaten the other two bids, and still came in under the estimate and got it done in one day! If you need repairs to your roof or a new one out on, I couldn’t give a higher recommendation than Jason Jahn and 401 Construction. There are similarly named roofing companies out there, make sure it’s Jason Jahn!

Positively one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. Delivered on timelines for when they would start and finish, and their workmanship was exceptional! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

406 Construction came to fix my roof after it started leaking. All I had to do was turn in my claim with insurance and they took care of Everything else. They showed up on a Monday to start tearing shingles off and had the new shingles on by the middle of the next day. They did both my house and Garage. And when it was all said and done, they totally cleaned up after themselves. I definitely recommend them if you’re needing your roof replaced.
