Very quick to respond knowledgeable , scheduled quickly , got the job done quickly , efficiently . The team was very polite and clean and let me know what they were doing at all times. Cleaned up a big problem left by other contractors. Did all my duct work and it works great.

I was charged $1300 for the work that provided but when I asked for a detailed invoice he declined to give me one. The original invoice that was provided had a general description of the cost and it said the work was not guaranteed. When I turned on the Air Conditioner it did not work. $1300 and no air conditioner. What a waste of money.
Response by 411 Heating & AC, LLC: Hello, You put a review on YELP which is almost the opposite of this, Please read your YELP review it states my heater broke. Your first issue was a broken AC, I gave you a price you agreed and it was fixed, then you paid me and was happy.. You called again for your heater not working in the morning and wanted it fixed for free because we fixed your AC, almost a month before. You and your neighbor started yelling, I told you I am recording you and your neighbor because you guys got so out of line. I shared your recording with the security and the manager security which they apologized on your behalf. I wrote a 3 page complaint for your security and they have the report. The first YELP review is your the second you had your neighbor put one for me which was negative.

Mr. Opeyani was able to figure out in 10 minutes why my system didn't ever work properly, something no one else did in 32 years. Very nice company to work with. There when they said they would be, worked quickly and seemed to really want to do things to my satisfaction. I wanted a couple of things done differently and they did so quickly. They took care of the permits. I definitely recommend the company. I'm very glad I hired them.
