Commercial Metal Roofing Repair Service
I hired Sam to STOP and SEAL my metal Roof at my business. The job was completed 6-12-2025 and paid in full. Since then, every time it rains, the roof leaks. Sam returned the first time and tried remedy the situation but was unsuccessful. The second time he looked but did nothing. The only time the Roof does not leak is when it is not raining. I have contacted Sam several times and he is ghosting me. I would not recommend this business!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Sam is awesome! I would recommend him without hesitation. He arrived on time and upon arrival the first thing we did was confirm the task at hand. I really appreciate that. We needed a roof inspection and possibly some spot repairs. He finished his inspection and walked me through each of the identified issues. I liked that he took the time to do this and it left me quite comfortable to give him the go ahead to do the work - which he was able to complete the very same day ! On the day Sam had his son with him and it was nice to see the next generation learning on the job. They both exuded that rare combination of professionalism mixed with a friendly and relaxed approach. If you want to support a local, privately owned business for your roofing repairs, you cant go past 412 Roofing.
