413 General Construction

This is my first review for Miguel and 413 Construction. At first I was skeptical about hiring them. I took a chance on having them install porcelain tile throughout most of my home. They removed the baseboard , installed the tile, reinstalled the baseboard, installed my 2 new toilet bowls and reinstalled a pedestal sink. I highly recommend them, let them do the job and don't hawk over them, they know what they are doing. Floor has no uneven tiles as they used tile leveling clips. Very professional work and for the tremendous job they did fairly priced. Floor is still looking fantastic over three years later.

Great! They showed up 1 day after I reached out & had the job done a few days after that. Tilwork looks great! Polite, professional, friendly staff. They even played with our dog & tended to a minor emergency of ours

First of all, we are very fussy. We interviewed and got quotes from six companies. Miguel was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. I was able to visit a similar job he had just finished and I was impressed. His people came in and tore up all my old tile, patched cracks and vapor sealed the floor before installing our new 24 × 48 polished porcelain tiles. The work is exquisite. Miguel was here every day and his crew were great. I stayed home with the dogs for the entire two weeks and they just worked around us. Everything looks amazing. There were no surprises or upcharges except for things we added. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

They did a lot of little things for me in addition to the drywall work and interior painting. They anlso painted the entire exterior of my house, driveway and pool patio. They did a great job and gave me a great deal on the price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Everyone was nice and they cleaned up their messes. It was a great experience for me.

Miguel and crew were very efficient in removing the old flooring and installing the new flooring. They were well organized and each day cleaned the areas they had worked in and the surrounding area. The finished project looks great.

Anytime you are doing a home project, it can get crazy. 413 General Construction made this experience a very positive one by constant communication of status by the owner. He was always available if there were questions or issues, which all projects will have. They were very professional and the workmanship from the demolition of tile, cleanup, laying new tile, backsplash and new baseboards was amazing. HIGHLY recommend this company. Very upfront and honest. Definitely will be having them back to eventually do my bathroom remodels. Also following up with this company to have tile sealed and walls repainted. A 6 out of 5 if it were possible!

Miguel and his 413 team were the best! He provided a quick quote, followed up on each question we had through the entire process and made good on all promises and expectations. His professionalism and customer service was beyond expectation. He made sure to work around our tight schedule and completed our projects in minimal time. Our projects included entire house LVP floor installation (demo of carpet and tile areas first) and two complete bathroom demos and remodels. The two bathroom remodels included converting one to ADA compliance standards and the second one was a complete tiling and glass door install after removing the old tile and tub. Miguel was always responsive and on site daily to keep us updated on the project status and make sure we were satisfied with the work. His team was also very courteous and professional. The tiling and floor teams were meticulous with details and finishing touches. We are very satisfied with the work 413 General Construction did for us and look forward to requesting them for our next project! Thanks Miguel and Team! Excellent!! Miguel and his crew were professional, on time and always kept me in the know. My bathroom looks amazing and turned out better than I expected. I highly recommend them for any home remodel. I will be hiring them again in the near future!!

They did what they supposed to do.They cleaned up after them selves. The guys were very courteous.I would recommend them to anyone who has this kind of work done.I also would use them again for another job.

Miquel and his crew were awesome! Showed up on time….very professional, courteous….old school customer service. Very reasonable priced. I would hire them back in a second. Kind of wish I had more work for them to do, as I know it will get done the right way and with out any hassle. I can’t say enough about how good they were.

From the beginning Jonathan (Miguel) was very upfront about what needed to be done. He made sure I was involved in every decision. We had to make quite a few changes from what was discussed before the job was started. I ended up replacing the whole bathroom. Of course the price went up considerably. I compared the price of the job to other similar jobs and I feel that the cost was fair. There was a different team for each aspect of the job (tile, drywall, painting etc.) Every team was expletives and professional. They were very good about clean up. All in all I have a brand new bathroom that is beautiful.
