Our drains were stopped up. Our service representative Luke Penny was extremely kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He also took the time to answer questions about a future remodel. We will definitely be calling Mink in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars all around! From the initial phone call to the completed work, our experience with Mink Plumbing was outstanding! Amber, who handled our scheduling, was fantastic! Communication was excellent from the beginning. She was friendly, informative, upfront about pricing, and made the entire process easy. Jared and Riley arrived on time and were both incredibly professional. They went above and beyond what was expected, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure everything was handled properly. Their professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed! We have used several plumbing companies in the Tyler area over the years, and none have matched the level of professionalism and customer service we experienced with Mink Plumbing. As far as pricing goes, they aren’t the cheapest, but their rates are reasonable and reflect the quality of work and service provided. I have no problem paying for quality work, especially when it’s backed by excellent communication and professionalism. We are genuinely impressed! Mink Plumbing has earned our trust and will be our go-to plumbing company moving forward. We will gladly recommend them to anyone in Tyler and the surrounding areas! I called Mink plumbing because I had an unflushable toilet. I talked to a very nice lady who dispatched me help within 40 minutes of my initial call. My technician was Harrison, he gave me different scenarios of what could be happening and what methods he would use to rectify the problem. He was outstanding, very professional, friendly and worked quickly to unclog my kids toilet (wipes were the culprit). Harrison also did a mini home inspection of our bathroom toilets, water heater and the kitchen sink to let us know about anything that may cause concern later down the line. He went up and beyond duty which was greatly appreciated! If and when I am in need of help again, I will continue to call Mink Plumbing! Thank you so much for a job well done!
