The job was done well but we were charged 2.5X the price of other plumbers in the area. There had been on there the day before fixing a different leak so we have an exact match. After presenting them with the comparable bills there was no negotiation. Just the offer that we could make payments. Very unprofessional.

Job was not completed, I could not hook up my dryer. I had to call them back to finish the job and then was charged more money. I would not use them again

Excellent beginning to end except for the cost. I'm sure it was an oversight, not intentional. I was given then hourly fee for one person, but 2 people came for the whole job. That increased the final fee significantly. Aside from that surprise, TOP work, courteous, and tidy.
