Unfortunately this job was good until it wasn't. The business owner, Manny is very rude and condescending if he can't get ahold of me (because I was working). There was also a lot of miscommunication where he would say one thing then do another but not tell me he changed his mind on something we agreed on over the phone. He told me if my front door dries we could add a top clearcoat, I told him what I had, text him a photo of it and he approved. But then he did not tell his painter about the conversation with me. All I did was show his painter the can of clearcoat I had that the owner agreed for him to add if the paint dries and I told him that. But the painter chose to add it even with the paint wet, which I had nothing to do with. And then as a result the pigment came off my front door causing cloudy white patches. To avoid accountability his worker told him I made a secret deal with him that if anything goes wrong I'll blame my handyman which is a lie and would never benefit me.

47 Painting did a phenomenal job on our exterior! They were professional and communicative from start to finish. There were some unexpected twists and turns during our project and they handled them with dexterity and expertise. The team did a thorough job through every step of the process, and it shows on our house. We highly recommend Manny and his team at 47 Painting for your next painting project! 

This company is very friendly well priced always on time, and do a great job I would recommend them for anyoneâ  s home they did my kitchen cabinets and island my walls doors baseboards just about everything in the house I was very pleased with their punctuality their work and their friendliness. iâ  ve had a few people come over to look and they were also very pleased with the work so thank you 47 Painting Inc.

Manny is a true professional. Communicated with me throughout the entire process. Takes pride in his work and it shows. He is not happy until the customer is happy. He does what it takes to the project as great as possible. I will definitely hire him when I need anything painted.

Manny repainted my cabinets that a previous painter did. My modern kitchen needed a sturdy and professional paint job. Once complete we were overjoyed and thankful for the work. Would happily recommend to family and friends easily. Also for second job I had a newly stuccoed patio cover painted by Manny. Took him less than a few hours and again I was impressed by his work. Lastly he painted over newly stuccoed exterior wall on renovated rental property. Great work and am grateful for his flexibility and overall professional work. No hesitation will only use him going forward.
