The dispute was resolved, I got my money back, there was a problem with the factory; it wasn't entirely his fault, apparently.

Very nice person but my place was so dirty after. Walked back and forth without putting anything down so there was footprints from the front to back compounding that I was charged for was the worst that I ever seen. I ended up doing it myself the gap he promise to cover was left alone. I did that again myself. Door was good but I feel a draft coming in so I have to caulk it. The insulation spray used was on the side of the door so I have to see how I can remove that. would have rather save the money and done it myself. My place would have been cleaner and would done it the way it needed to be. So I am pretty disappointed. This it the reason I don't like dealing with contractors. They font take pride in what they do and overcharge, promise things will be done and dramatically underdeliver.

On time as promised and delivered on short notice a new fully insulated door and cut down the old door to town standards for local pickup.

They did install a new sliding French door in my living area, excellent work.. I’m satisfied with the result.. will hire them again for additional work in my place.

Chaz is a very personable guy. he looked to accomodate my needs. Anthony spent extra time to make sure the job was going to look great. he explained in detail what he was going to do. i hope to use them again for future home projects

The work they did was ok. But for the price I paid, I was expecting a complete job. they was a gap between my hardword floors and the door saddle. then there were gaps around door edges where they put molding. Not what I expected for $500!!!!

Chaz came at the appointed time to give me an estimate on replacing my front and side exterior doors. His estimate was very reasonable and came in lower than the two other estimates I had gotten. I hired his crew they were on time, cleaned up an did a great job with the install. Very happy with their work.

Worked with Chaz to get my single old wooden garage door replaced with a new steel door and door opener. He provided an onsite estimate that was reasonable. The installation crew (2) arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time (~4.5 hrs). The install crew personnel were courteous, friendly, and approachable. I had a good experience, hope you do to--you can never tell with home repair personnel, so I wanted to share my positive experience with others.

I really liked their work and they did a good job for me and the only reason they lost a star was the timing issue because they came late and I was a little upset because I left work early and had to wait. There work is good and I would hire them again along the road.
