Water Heater - Repair or Service - For Business
Had a 4pm appointment and they showed up right on time. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Pointed out everything that was wrong with my water heater. I decided to have it replaced and they immediately completed it. No changes to their quote and they did not charge me the initial service fee. Very friendly and competent. Highly recommend.

When I called 495HVAC for an estimate, Lupe answered the call, who was experienced in plumbing and A/C. This was very convenient, as I was trying to get an estimate for leveling our outside compressor and heat pump. Lupe spent a lot of time explaining the level of effort so I knew what was involved, if I decided to have this service performed. I decided to hire 495HVAC and was really pleased with the A/C technician, Ruben. He was professional, expedient and the price was very fair. I definitely recommend this company if you need to hire an A/C technician.

These guys are the best! I had just moved into a new house in the middle of June to find the HVAC was completely kaput. I had long-term plans of shifting the house from oil to gas, so I did not want to throw good money at a system that I was looking to replace. They worked with me to point out how they could begin to the gas to oil conversion to get the new HVAC up and running ASAP while I worked to get the gas line run to the house. They then came back promptly a couple months later to connect the gas to the HVAC for heating. About 6 months later the system stopped working. We called 495 HVAC and they were there the same day. Problem was related to house electrical, not the new unit, but they still fixed it (twice) at no extra charge. Before committing to 495 I had consultations with three other companies. 2 came in more expensive (much) for the same work and equipment and the one cheaper company I would not trust to do any work (they had done the inspection/cleaning on the now broken unit!) Can't go wrong with 495 HVAC

Placed message with HomeAdvisor and within the hour 495 HVAC contacted with an email. Talked with Brian in the morning and by 11:30am, Rubin was here. Brian was nice to chat with on the phone and Rubin was very nice also and informative on explaining what he was doing. Hopefully nothing goes wrong for awhile, but if something does, these are the guys I'm calling.
