We hired them to install LVF with a demo of ceramic tile and removal of carpet included. They did a great job on the demo and installation, but where our problem occurred was in the reattaching of the baseboard. Some boards were broken, some too high, some too low showing previous paint border, etc. Also, they left our garage floor a mess with the remnants of the LVF that my husband and I had to clean. We are both 75 so this was no easy job. I liked them so much I paid in full without checking the job. My fault. Lesson learned. I would have not paid until the baseboards were reinstalled correctly, and the job site clean. It cost a lot of money for flooring, we just wanted this installer to do what their bid stated. Including good installation and finish work. You will get a good installation with this company, just make sure you follow through with them to the finish. UPDATE: They made 3 appointments with us to look at our baseboard. They never came, did not call. We waited each time. I do not want to post pictures of the mess our baseboards were/are (still working on them), but if anyone wants to see them, please let me know. I do not want to hurt their business, on the contrary, but expected the company they appeared to be thru their reviews to be professional and fix what their men did wrong. No place is perfect all the time, but why did it have to be us??

I hired 4Boyz Flooring to remove and install new tile around the fireplace and hearth. They were very conscientious about protecting the hardwood floors and containing the mess to the immediate areal. The tile looks great. They showed up on time and got the job completed on time too.

They returned my calls and e-mails. They came right over to do a project walk though. They provided me a complete proposal for everything I asked for. They showed up when they told me they would be at my home. They were willing to do extra little things that helped me. The water shut off valve on my washer was broke. They went and got a new one and installed it. I did pay for the part but they were glad to help. Yes I will find other tiling jobs for them to do.
