4 Corners Landscaping, LLC

4 years ago, I needed some minor repair work on my sprinkler system. I found 4 Corners on line and they have become my default provider for any landscaping service I might need. Most recently they did a xeriscape project for me and I am ecstatic! I have had numerous people stop by my house and ask about my beautiful yard. There were problems like tree roots in the way of sprinkler lines that we had not anticipated which took an additional couple hours to work around. They happily did the work neatly, efficiently and st no additional cost. Very friendly service!

I had 4 leaky sprinkler valves in 1 box which was surrounded by cement. David came out to look at it and told me he'd have to cut the cement but didn't have a saw but could borrow one. He and his dad came out on Saturday and cut the cement. David was back on Tuesday to replace the 4 valves. He worked from 9:00 Am til 2:00 PM in the rain without a break for lunch. David is a really personable guy who did a great job for a reasonable price. I'll hire him again in the future if the need arises.

David and his father arrived at the scheduled time, assessed the sprinkler system, replaced 5 sprinkler heads, added a head to one of the lines by extending it's length, cleared a blocked line and repaired a leak in the system. Work was done professionally done, and no mess was left. I could not believe the price for the work.

Dave and his dad replaced a faulty stop and waste valve. They did an excellent job and finished the difficult job quickly and efficiently.

David and his father came early and stayed until an unexpected complex job of replacing the stop and waste valve for my sprinkler system was completed. They did an outstanding job of uncovering the valve, removing the old piping and valve and reinstalling not only the valve, but two sprinkler valves that were leaking and in the way. The work site was maintained in a safe and efficient manner. The cleanup was done very well. David even came back the next morning to ensure there were no problems with or leaks in the system. Nicely done!

David was great to work with. He came right away to replace a cracked sprinkler valve near the house which had flooded the basement. He also repaired two other valve connections with new pipe that he noticed had a small drip. The price was much less than we expected to pay.

David and his dad showed up on time and evaluated the situation. We were having what I thought was a pressure loss keeping the heads from popping up and watering effectively. After checking it out, David's analysis was there were too many heads on the line. He capped a few off, converted the existing heads to low water flow rotating heads and everything was good. After about two weeks grass is still looking good without any hand watering.
