4D Flooring

Our experience with Jonathan Dunn and 4D flooring was fantastic, and we are so grateful that we called him! We called 4D Flooring because we had just had out entire downstairs re-floored with LVP flooring by someone else, and our floor was a mess. The original installer had tried to fix the floor multiple times, and yet the problems were getting worse: boards felt "springy" or were "crunchy" sounding, and some were even slightly lifting up! We were grateful that Jonathan was willing to to come over and give us some advice as we weren't sure if he would be willing to "fix" someone else's mistake. Jonathan explained what was wrong with the floor, and while the bad news was that in order to fix the problems the entire floor would have to be pulled back up and reinstalled, the good news is this time we hired someone that knows his stuff! Jonathan and his partner were meticulous in carefully pulling up the flooring to try and save as many boards as possible which we really appreciate. Jonathan also noted some large gaps between the concrete subfloor and the house walls which he filled in for us... these were not small gaps, and we were surprised the prior installer had never mentioned this to us. Jonathan was also very careful in moving the furniture so the new flooring didn't get scratched, which had happened during the prior installation to some of the boards. Jonathan really paid attention to every detail... and the flooring LOOKS and FEELS wonderful now! Thank you so much!

I would give them a 6.0 out of 5. This was an exceptionally difficult project with concealed defects in the subfloor, and the results could not have been more outstanding. They were conscientious and determined to make the results perfect. Jonathan's attention to detail and quality assurance was exemplary. Jonathan's design sense and imaginative ideas made the outcome far better than I had envisioned. This was a great bargain. I have a beautiful floor that exceeded my expectations. You cannot go wrong choosing this company.

John did a first class job from start to finish. He had the best quote and I couldn't see how anyone could have done a better job. They removed an old dirty carpet in my bedroom and laid a solid wood floor. Even when the job turned out to be a more time consuming than we first thought (half of the floor under the carpet was old and damaged original hardwood, not plywood so was much harder to remove), John didn't complain or ask for a re-quote or more time. They finished the job on time and on the original budget. I cannot recommend 4D Flooring enough. Thanks for a great job. Everyone who has seen the new floor has commented how nice it looks.

Without question, the best experience I've had with a contractor. John is awesome. He replaced my floor flawlessly. He gave me product and price options, worked within my budget and deliverd EVERYTHING as promised. I scheduled more work immediately. I highly recommend 4D Flooring!

We called Rusty on a Sunday when our pool filter literally blew it's top. I walked him through our pool equipment on Face Time and he spotted the problem instantly. He showed up on Monday morning with the proper replacement parts and fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes. Great work !

Rusty was on the spot, got it done, and tells me the jet pump is working.. I can't see it from 150 miles away, so I am guessing it does just dandy...
