A technician came out to the house but was unable to perform a simple kitchen sink install. Tore out pipes and sink, leaving us with no functional kitchen, and left us with a $165 bill. I hired another more experienced plumber the next day who dropped the sink into place the next day with no problems!

"Hello Ron, We here at 4 G's Plumbing are very sorry for your experience. We do remember having the conversation on the phone with you after our plumber had left your residents. Our plumber was concerned about cutting out your counter top & leaving it with not much support as he thought it may need, so he aired on the side of caution & made the decision not to proceed until you were available to answer the question about either downsizing the sink or adding support. Unfortunately we were not given the chance to return to finish the work the next morning. We do apologize for the inconvenience & was happy to give you the 100% refund that was requested. We are glad to hear that you are back up and using your new sink!"

They are always on time. They call if their schedule is going to vary at all! They are always pleasant and do excellent work. They leave the site as clean or cleaner than they found it. I ve used this company many times and I m never disappointed!

They arrived in one hour after initial call. Sewer line was blocked, Daniel unclogged pipe and left! The price was not too expensive and we were so happy!! Definitely would call them again.

They were able to come within two days of my initial contact, give an estimate and able to start work the same day. Efficient, cleaned up work area and got the jobs done. Mine included replacing a 30 year old above ground gas line, as well as new flex tubing for hot tub heater. Randy also finished off my firepit connection so it was ready for the final hookup.
