was supposed to fix all leaks but didn't, was supposed to come back but didn't. then made another appointment but didn't show up. I gave him one last chance and again he didn't show up. but to be fair. he was very courteous and pleasant while he was here.

I had them come over and to unclog a drain they use the wrong machine and made it worst. They charged me275.00 dollars and dint get the job done. I hare to call another company (a-1plumbing)they came out and had the job done in a half an hour charge me 175.00 .the plumber told me that the company that came before had the wrong machine and over charge me if you dont do the job don't charge . I tried to send them several e-mails I got no reply very unprofessional. My next step will be a letter to the B.B.B .

"They speak prematurely when stating wrong machine was used. We've been very successful in opening many sewers with our equipment. they never witnessed what machine was used to make a comment. We only charged you for 2 1/2 hours of labor, not 4 1/2. They arrived after all the work we did in removing roots, reciprocate the process if we arrived after a company cabled for hours pulling back roots. We would have been successful as well. Cabling a sewer is a process, sometimes it can be opened within 30 mins, other times hours, each circumstance is different, again you chose for us to leave, that was not done on my accord."

I don't understand what it is with contractors. All I want is for them to come back to my house to finish part of the job I initially hired them to do. How can I recommend them when, despite their very good quality and apparent professionalism, I cannot get a response from them after several months of calls and emails? Nothing... no response, no reply, nothing. For those looking for a plumber... look elsewhere until such time as 4Haloes gets their act together.

Sent one person and he din't know what he was doing,then the owner showed up the next time said I needed a larger vent,then cancelled two appointments,after he cut my PVC pipe in the middle and duct taped it back together. I ask him to come during day light hours he showed up at 7:30 pm. next time .Would not recommend.Was supposed to give Senior discount never received it.

Spent most of the day on the phone getting answers from office. Replaced the flapper unit in a comode and the chain fell off as soon as he left. Replaced a shower head and left pipe dope all over the pipe I cleaned my hands twice before I removed all the excess with a paper towel. Spent several hours messing with my pressure switch on my well pump only to tell me the size was to small and neede to replace the jet pump. For what he charged for all those hours I could have replaced the pump. They never got back to me about a cost on replacing the pump. I think with more experience it would be worth 75$ an hour. I'm not very happy.

The guys did a bang-up job. I had already troubleshot most of the things they were going to do, so they tried a few that a didn't, and we were good to go. They even gave some advice on another problem that I was going to fix myself! Top-notch!
