Installers did an oustanding job, very professional, friendly and demostrated excellant customer service.

Found what problem was and fixed it. Friendly and knew his craft. A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. Found me a plumber if I have future problems.

They have done a great job and have been very helpful.

In less than a minute of submitting my request, 4 M's Plumbing called me. Within two hours of speaking with Jody Martin, he was at my home checking the water heaters. I had them replaced because my home builder installed natural gas heaters and I was using propane...very lucky...Thanks to God we have been protected! The heaters were replaced the following day due to having to wait for one of the propane heaters to be shipped to the place of business.

Jody went well beyond what was required to accomplish the job. I will use him in the future for other projects. Great service and great value. I highly recommend his services.

Mr. Martin was great at calling to schedule an appointment and was there at the appointed time. He sussed out what may be the issue gave me a quote and may have resolved the problem without needing further repair.

Jody was very helpful and considerate. He gave me plenty of information regarding the different options I had so that I could make an informed and educated decision. He and his assistant did a great job removing the old water heater and installing the new one. After the installation was complete, they were sure to clean up their work area. I was also pleased that they returned to my house at a later date to make a modification to one of the pipes that I had requested. I would higly recommend 4M Plumbing to my family and friends.
