Had a problem with my Generac stand by generator and it was diagnosed quickly and promptly repaired. Zac was very polite and professional, and I received a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly. Will be using him every year now for yearly maintenance on my generator.

After an electrical fire with our clothes dryer, we wanted to make sure the outlet wasn't also damaged before the replacement arrived. Zach was quick to respond to the Home Advisor survey. He actually identified a way to come to our home a day earlier than planned but still offered flexibility in the arrival time to meet our needs. He not only addressed the immediate issue of the outlet but did further research to see if there may be related issues in the power coming in to our neighborhood. He gave me suggestions on next steps to further protect our home from electrical issues and also took time to answer our questions. He identified with our situation and executed steps to protect our home going forward rather than just fixing the initial issue.
