I have tried for six months to contact. No return phone call, text, or email. I was lied to and it cost me a lot of money. Buyer beware before you do business with this man. I spent a lot of money with this company. My suggestion would be to look somewhere else if you are looking for solar or a generator.

Check the Better Business Bureau rating before you use this company. Response time to messages are minimal to none. 4Q Power does not honor its warranty as the system was installed 2 years ago and still has two ineffective microinverters not working.
