Vincent came out to fix our AC that had gone out the night before. Since another tech in the company was too booked, he called back and said he'd come himself before a prior appointment. He was professional and friendly, asking if I'd like to watch him as he changed out the parts. I decided to watch out of curiosity and he explained what each part did, including showing me the parts of each older part that had broken compared to what a new part looked like. In all I was charged $1100 for the visit. $525 to replace the amperage regulator (with a 3 yr warranty), $450 to replace the Ducal cap w/CTP connection (also with 3 yr warranty), $125 for a condenser wash (don't remember this besides him quickly spraying down the outside of the AC unit with the garden hose, but maybe I missed something that he did). So the total price came to $1,100. Vincent was friendly and helpful and I appreciate that he was able to come out so quickly after I called.

Vincent is incredibly responsive. He quickly made time to come check my AC unit and then a leak later on. In both cases, he talked me through step-by-step what his diagnosis was and gave me several options for solutions. He’s very knowledgeable and I trust his recommendations to be reasonable and honest.

I called to make an appointment for a spring checkup on my HVAC systems and Vicente came that same day! I’ve never had that quick a service before. He was knowledgeable, polite and was patient with my endless questions. He was even willing to talk with my son on the phone about what he found and recommended. 4 Seasons did an excellent service. Quick and resourceful. Other companies [Home Shield] tried to hide the fact we had a warranty for the parts we needed replaced and charge us triple the amount for one part. 4 Seasons AC researched our equipment and found everything was still covered. We paid for three services vs what home shield wanted to charge us for only one. 4 Seasons AC went above and beyond to make sure we received the best service, affordable, and fast. Completed service within 2 hours. Technicians are very respectful and will show you the new parts before installing. Overall excellent company and now our official HVAC company.
