I called Jeff and he made an appointment to give me an estimate. He called me about an hour before the appointed time and said he was running late. Imagine that? Having the courtesy to let your client know you were running late instead of leaving the customer to guess if you would eventually show up. And then he was a bit early to this appointment. After the estimate I made an appointment for 8:30 am the following day. Imagine my surprise when Jeff and his helper arrived a few minute EARLY. Jeff's estimate of the time to complete was on target. And the job was completed professionally. On top of this, Jeff placed an LED light in one of our room's overhead lights that flickers on and off because of heat build-up (long story) to demonstrate that he DID have a solution to our flickering lights. And at no charge. To summarize, courteous, honest, professional service at a reasonable price.

Very professional and on time. Jeff likes things done his way, but he has "been in the business for 34 years". I would hire him again for his expertise alone.
