The technician quoted me a price, and I accepted the quote he went to the truck to retrieve the paperwork and order the part, but he never returned. I called the number on the card he left more than a dozen times, left messages he never returned any of my messages.

The work was completed about an hour after calling 4 Brothers. Hopefully the wind wonâ t blow the cap off again. The employee was prompt and polite. One thing I was disappointed about was we paid cash, the full amount due, but have to wait for an email receipt. Would have preferred to be given a receipt upon completion of service.

Sorry Myra for not having written receipts we do want to apologize everything is email/Electronic, so you have it for your own records for years to come (this is great for homeowners, regular cleanings, mortar work etc.) and it will not get lost or thrown away by mistake. Please check your email to make sure you received it we sent it within 20 mins of leaving your house and a picture of the cap reattached. If you need any more chimney needs, please give us a call."

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
They went way over the top to help me. A last minute call new dryer and was worried to use it after what I saw in the pipe. The inside pipe needed replacing it was late at night went to get parts and fixed it. Everything cleaned up and now not afraid to use the dryer. They were wonderful

I made the appointment with the company. They were scheduled to arrive between 9 and 11 am. I waited all day and called them several times and no one answered just sent me to voice mail. No one ever called me back and never showed up. This is worst business I have ever dealt with, very unprofessional.

Customer service by Brittany was outstanding from beginning to end. Jeremy did an amazing job servicing, making sure I understood how to care for my fireplace, & offering suggestions to make sure my fireplace continue to bring countless days of enjoyment. ! My fireplace is now working & meets my expectations. Brittany & Jeremy together not only make a great team, but they're very knowledgeable, patient, & professional They even took the time to make sure the area was nice & tidy before they left.
