Installation was fine. Getting warranty service is terrible.

4 Corners Plumbing & HVAC came out to repair a leak in my utility room. After coming in, he found several vertical pipes that required replacing with new sheet rock that needed to be installed. He charged me $2000 for the leak and an additional $1500 for the vertical pipes and sheet rock. 4 Corners Plumbing & HVAC messed three appointments to come out and he never came back to finish patching the sheet rock. Now he won't return my phone calls and I feel like he's ignoring me and took my money.

Upon inspection, the pipes were found to be extremely rusted and ready to burst. Once the team was set to replace the piping, they were focused and worked hard to get it done quickly. The only issues were the lack of coverings to really keep furniture clean due to all the dust from work being done in the ceilings and a leak that had to be fixed in the new connections before new sheetrock was to be installed. It took a concerted effort to get someone to finally return to fix it. But fix it they did and I am pleased with the results.

A young man arrived at the scheduled time/date. He was very polite and tried hard to unblock a drain in an upstairs bathroom sink using a plummer;s snake and a plunger. Unfortunately he was unable to clear the line after repeated attempts. He apologized and left after collecting his payment receipt. I have had no contact with the business owner since.

I was referred to this firm by my home warranty company. I had issues with my Hot water heater. I also needed to have 3 new toilets installed. He quoted me $150.00 to install the toilets, $60.00 service call fee, and $110.00 for water supply lines. After agreeing to the cost, and paying in advance, they came to the house and partially installed the toilets, did not remove the old toilets, and did not fix or replace the hot water heater. This was on a Friday and they said they would come back on Tuesday and finish the work. They did not ever come back. I called every few days for 3 weeks and spoke with their phone service, and 3 times spoke with the owner. He would always say they would finish the work, BUT...... I ended up contacting my home warranty company and they provided me with another firm.
I had bad customer service from the beginning. I never heard from them in the first 48 hours. So I called Angies List to get 4 Corners Plumbing contact information. So I called them and set up an appointment at my tenants house. We had an appointment scheduled for yesterday at 3:00pm and he didn't show. My tenant called him at 3:30pm because he hadn't showed up. The technician told her he would be there in an hour. But yet he still never showed up and never called her back. At this point I am getting a refund and will not be dealing with this company.

Obviously if a vendor is not willing to perform the service, he should advise the client upfront. If the our zip code was too far away, he should have indicated that in the beginning. We wasted 3 days when someone else could have provided the service. His A rating on Angie's List clearly needs to be modified to reflect this deceptive interaction with potential clients.

They came out on a Tuesday, looked at the unit and checked out our system inside and out. The tech said bad news is that we had a leak and the good news was that we were getting a new ac condenser. They were unable to come out until Friday (so no ac until then) They were late showing up for the appointment and just came to fix a leak?? Terrible communication between them and what ever they told the home warranty company, even though I have a written estimate for the repairs from the tech on Tuesday. Not to mention, if the leak could have been repaired, why did they not fix on Tuesday? They are back tracking on their statements to the home warranty company and are completely making up lies. One huge lie, we would not let them leave on Tuesday until he wrote down we were getting a new unit?? Seriously, a 65 year woman holding an ac guy hostage?? These people are a joke.
AC unit outside the home had failed. Contacted home warranty company who originally contracted the work with another provider. This provider gave me the run around and kept delaying the appointment and after more than a day of repeated rescheduling I contacted the home warranty company who moved the contract to Four Corners. I spoke with a gentleman who told me he would be out the same day and within an hour I got a call from a technician that he would be arriving at my home within half an hour.
The technicians arrived on time went promptly to the AC unit and identified the problem as a failed capacitor. They had a replacement part on hand and fixed the unit within two minutes! Furthermore, they had a diagnostic tool to validate my refrigerant levels, pressure levels, etc. all of which they told me were good.
So, in short, based upon my experience I must say that Four Corners are extremely professional, prompt, and capable! I would most certainly use them again.

I left work to make it home for my appointment with 4 Corners. Halfway there, I get a call from Kelly, the service technician, that he was an hour and half away and wouldn't make it. We agreed to reschedule the appointment for 4:30 that afternoon so I turned around and went back to work and lost 30 minutes of pay. I then left early at the end of the day to get home for 4:30, which came and passed with no one arriving. I had to call Kelly to find out that he was still an hour and half away and would leave soon. I then called 4 Corners directly to speak with JR and ask him about this and was told that they were down 2 technicians and that Kelly was doing the best he could. I was offered $50 off my services. I continued to wait at the house (which I could have stayed at work and been paid) for another hour and a half. I then called 4 Corners again to ask if Kelly was coming and was told my drip pan replacement would be free.
Kelly arrived soon after to let me know that he'd been driving over 350 miles that day and somebody had mixed up the city names that he was supposed to go to. I told him that I understood that this wasn't his fault. He promptly started working and discovered that my A/C needed a safety float switch and a drain cleaning, which he quoted a price. It seemed reasonable to me, and I accepted. The work was done quickly and well, as best as I could determine.
I found Kelly to be very professional but have never had such trouble scheduling an A/C tech before. I was stood up twice and lost 2.5 hours of work time. Not having to pay for the drip pan was greatly appreciated but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I just had very bad luck and got 4 Corners on a very bad day. Hopefully, your experience will be better. Discounts don't make up for being stood up and not being informed of the second delay.
JR was great - very responsive & professional and he did the work quickly. This was through a warranty company, however we found out later that the warranty company didn't cover the work done - & JR said "it was my mistake, no additional charge". What a peach! He said that most of his work is referrals - and I believe it. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him.
