They did everything when they said they would. Workers were very professional and the sales and quality assurance teams kept us informed at every step. When we had a question on the roofing they responded in person within 24 hours. A great experience.

This company was AMAZING from start to finish. They kept us informed, showed up timely, cleaned up at the end of each day, were respectful to our wishes and finished on the timeline that was agreed upon. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutters.

Professional expedited service. Roof was installed in 1 day. The installation manager kept me aware of what to expect, when to expect it, and how it would affect my day. It took 3 days once work started, but our roof is fairly large so I was actually expecting longer despite their statements otherwise. To top it off they managed to beat the snow, even if only just barely. Mother is quite happy with the results and the roof is now the best looking part of the house.

Travis was very professional, brandon and the crew were hard working, and jarred came out to finish up the project and answer any questions that we had.

Excellent work from start to finish! My wife and I had numerous quotes for our roof - some cheaper and not as good of a warranty, some more expensive with not as much done. All salespeople that came made us feel pressured into making a decision. Travis, however, came by and educated more than anything - explaining the materials being used and why. He did not pressure us into a sale at all - and for that reason (amongst others) we decided to use his company. After the quote and financing paperwork was settled, I received a call from the Project Manager - Scott. He also was very informative and let me know when materials and dumpster would be delivered and when work would begin. The day after everything was dropped - it rained, and that is the story of the whole project - it rained every day. However, Brandon and his crew were always waiting for the rain to clear in order to get working - never used the rain as an excuse to not start work - and even though we had to have a complete tear off of the old shingles, we never experienced a leak - even with some crazy late night storms! They cleaned up every day, so our house didn't look like a construction site. Once the roof was completed, we had the new gutters and downspouts installed, and it just completed the look. All in all, very professionally done, with excellent service and work all the way around! I still have a detached garage that will need to be done in the future, and when that time comes, we won't be wasting our time on numerous quotes.
