4 Ever Water Tite

I hired 4-Ever Water Tite to install a new water service line at a rental of mine. Part of the line was in an unheated crawl space so it was buried so it would not freeze. These clowns didn't bother to bury the new line and so it froze. I called the owner, Robert Gray, who came out and wrapped the pipe in heat tape said they would bury the pipe once the weather warmed up. Well every year since then I have been trying to get them back out to bury the pipe but all I get is excuses. His last response was, "4everwatertite plumbing is out of business I’m sorry I can’t help you." So now he's trying to weasel out of fixing this issue by claiming he did the job under one of his defunct businesses. Nice try Bob but I hired 4-Ever Water Tite to do this job. So I am going to have to hire another company to fix this problem and I'm going to have to take 4-Ever Water Tite to court to get reimbursed. Google their reviews online this is not a reputable company.

Bob Gray and his team at 4-Ever Water-Tite did amazing work on our basement. I fully recommend this company without hesitation for any basement waterproofing, plumbing, or foundation work. The team was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, professional, courteous, and just good people all around. Bob was able to schedule our project in quickly and it was completed within three days. The work that was completed was exceptional, as well as the clean-up. The price was also very reasonable and the work has a lifetime transferable warranty.

Received an estimate & made a deposit on 11/04/16. Work was initiated and completed on 11/18/16. Workers arrived as scheduled, completed the work and left the area clean and neat.

Very well! Work was done timely, employees were always respectful to me and my family and work was completed as promised. Owner went above and beyond to meet our needs and concerns and his price was far more competitive than other quotes. We were able to upgrade to the sump pump because of Angie's List discount.

Bob came out and talked to me about what needed to happen. Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and even gave some advice on how the sump pump should be adjusted. Bill and PJ came out to do the actual work. Nice guys and wasted no time getting started. Laid down sheets to protect the hardwood floor in the foyer as they came in and out. Bill went above and beyond fixing the rod holes and the sealed cracks look like they'll hold forever. The outside sump discharge line looks great and I now have a clean-out for any future maintenance. Not much in the way of rain lately so won't know if everything sealed until then, but 4-Ever gives a lifetime guarantee so I'm not too worried. What I did learn with this project is that I have an entire wall of rod holes that aren't leaking bad yet, but do show sign of water leakage and will need to be fixed. Once I get the energy, I will tear out all the drywall and not hesitate to call Bob again to have his guys come out and do the rest of the rod holes.

The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company.

I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system).  <br /> We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us.  <br /> After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own." <br />

Bob was able to come and check out the basement and diagnose my problem and provide a quote. Brian was able to apply he fixes the same day and made sure to inspect for any other issues. Work was completed on time and efficiently. I also appreciated the lifetime transferable warranty! <br />

4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked. <br />      Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review. <br />

We were very impressed with 4-Ever Water-Tite. When we found water leaking from a basement wall Robert promptly came to give us an estimate. We had three different companies come out and 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was right in the middle price-wise. We chose them because Robert seemed the most reputable (we did not feel like he was just giving a sales pitch, he was quick to get back to us when we had questions, you could tell he knew what he was doing, and his method of fixing our problem didn't involve any shortcuts like other companies, he does not subcontract out, etc). His crew was professional and communicated with us throughout the process, they pulled all the appropriate permits, they cleaned up after themselves... I really don't think we could have asked for a better crew. They also discovered a leak in a pipe that drains two sinks on our first floor which was due to the old pipe having rotted away. His crew dug up the floor and had their plumber come in, replace the pipe, and bring it up to code all on the same day that the problem was discovered and for what we felt was a very minor added cost! <br /> <br />My husband and I highly recommend 4-Ever Water-Tite and look forward to hopefully working with the in the future to rebuild our sunroom and replace our custom front door (FYI they do more than just basement waterproofing!) <br />

I had a previous estimate awhile ago and did not have basement done at that time. I called and Bob came out rather quickly and quoted the work again. He explained everything that needed to be done, He gave me a fair price and we set a date for them to start and when they would finish. They workers showed up a little late (they went to wrong address) but did make it about 30 min late, no big deal for us. The workers where very neat and clean, they asked before they just did things. They broke up all the concrete and carried it in buckets up the stairs.This process took most of the day. The next day they worked on drain tiles, plumbing and patching the walls. The third day they were working and then the city code inspector showed up and stopped work as they did not have the proper permits. Due to a holiday it took extra time to get permits so my basement floor was left open. After the permits were pulled the work began again. I was in contact with Bob through the whole process and while maddening I was patient with them as they did communicate well with me. The work was finally finished but I was not home when the work was done. They explained what they did to my partner.  <br /> One of the workers who patched my wall discovered a larger crack, let me know and ordered a bigger piece to channel the water properly. He showed me the area and explained what they would do. I was happy that he took the time to let me know. They explained the new piping they had to do and why.  <br /> They kept me informed during all the work. While the time it took to do the job was longer than I expected it was fine as someone is always home during the day.  <br /> I currently have a small leak in the pipe at the sump pump and put in a request to Bob. I expect he will contact me on the next business day as he usually gets back to me in a timely manner.  <br /> Overall, I recommend them, they are professional, explain work to you, they keep everything clean as they work and if they find something let you know and show you the problem.  <br /> I did give the lower score on punctuality b/c of getting lost (wrong address) and just being delayed due to permit issues.  <br /> <br />

The crew dug out soil around the outdoor perimeter of my chimney, discovered a crack in the concrete, patched the crack with hydraulic cement, covered with tar, visqueen and drain board. They also put down and connected new drain tile prior to filling hole with rock and then topsoil. They went above and beyond expectations by also caulking around the top of chimney, did brick and mortar repair to chimney. <br />

It went great.  It was not an emergency issue.  I called them in an evening and they called me back the next morning and had someone out within the hour.  I had called about the mud (sewage) coming back up from a drain.  When they arrived I told them about the leaky faucet.  They agreed to fix the faucet while there.  They did it all fast and at a good price.  Will definitely use again for my plumbing needs.

They were a hardworking crew.  Although it took a little longer than expected (unforeseen problems with the home, not the crew), it was a job well done and a job any contractor should be proud of.  They completed the job in the first week of November and because of the cold they couldn't complete the job until the spring of 2015. Not only did they complete it as soon as it was possible, they did so with no hassle.  Moreover, after the reconstruction several items were noted to be incomplete/did not survive the winter. These were immediately repaired with no additional cost after one phone call. They are the best and we have recommended them to our discerning friends and would use them again in the future. Their lifetime warranty was also a huge selling point for us.  We are not easy people to make happy, but we were made happy every single time and trust these guys to do a job well done if we ever need them in the future. <br />
