On Christmas Eve morning we started having water dripping from the kitchen ceiling. Sergio came in the middle of the cold rainstorm to inspect the roof and attic. He determined the location of the leak at the base of the chimney and nailed down a tarp over the chimney. He worked through the rain and finished up just before dark and just before snow started falling. We appreciated his quick response to this emergency situation.
