"We have a 500$ minimum. You paid half (250$) and all sod and gaps were filled in appropriately. We did not assess site as it was all done over the phone and through pictures. No one has contacted us to come out and fix whatever the issue was. It was 12 pieces of sod and a yard of dirt. By the time we got to the property most of the “ruts” had filled in with sod naturally. We spoke on the phone several times when scheduling the work and you chose to schedule when you were out of town."
