He charged me TWO trips charges. One when he didn't have the needed part. Two when he couldn't fix the system. TOTAL waste of $70.00!!

"Its hard to please everyone, but we still try. Mrs. Felicia had a system that her old monitoring company used a locked out code on. So that no other security tech can gain access into her panel. I didn't even charge her any labor for all the trouble shooting of her security system. $75.00 dollars is what we normally charge as a trip fee, which includes the trip fee and the first hour of labor. We were really trying to help this customer."
