Saturday night the drain clogged. I️ put 25’ snake down with no success. Called them 9am Sunday morning, arrived around 11. All other plumbers had no Sunday availability or would be way later in afternoon. Oleg arrived, very quickly assessed situation and got industrial snake. Took about 45 minutes (and about 35’ of snake) so clean clog. After he flushed out garbage disposal and gave some maintenance tips. Had been quoted $99 to $115 and ended up at $105. Gave my kids pens when leaving which they thought was very cool. Quick, clean, reasonable price, polite. Not much else you can ask for.

They were very efficient and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and overall did a great job. I had them out again the next weekend for more work, and my neighbor used them too.

I am very impressed. I was able to set up an appointment through messaging at 11:00 pm last night. They made an appointment with me for 11-1 today. Oleg arrived promptly; was friendly and professional. He worked quickly and cleanly. The toilet looks brand new! He left the space cleaner than it was when he arrived. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Extensive work beneath subfloor required. Peter and Oleg were very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. They worked later than normal to complete the job in one visit. Could not have asked for better service or more friendly, courteous, professionals.

Called via phone, asked for an estimate and was quoted a great price. I called another company prior to calling 5 Star Plumbing and another company wanted to charge me 4 times the amount. Peter arrived early, installed the part, and tested the water heater. Provided excellent work and customer service. Highly recommend and would use his services again. Peter also came out within 10-15 minutes after speaking to him since we're located nearby. Thanks!

Let start by saying WOW!!! Great job 5 Star Plumbing. I needed to replace my 50 gal water heater the other day. I called other company's to get estimates for replacing my water heater. What I thought was going to be an easy job, they gave me a price that was outrageous. It seemed like they didn't want to do the work. So, that's when I called 5 Star Plumbing and not only did the front office tell me they can do it. They came the same day and the price given was much cheaper then the other companies i called. Peter and Oleg came out like promised by the office. I was amazed on how quick and efficient they both where in changing my 50 Gal water heater . Rest assure, 5 Star Plumbing is at the top of my list for future plumbing needs. Thanks again for the prompt and quick response.
