516 Contracting LLC

If you need any contract work done (no matter how small or big), I highly recommend reaching out to Matthew at 516 Contracting, as he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and fair-priced with the work he did at our house. We were getting insulation put in our attic, so we only had 1 week to install the overhead lights we'd always dreamed of having in our bedrooms. Matthew was very accommodating with our schedule and completed the project quickly, and the final product looks great. He was able to solve some challenges the house presented, and we are very pleased with the result. Check out the before and after pictures, a night and day difference! (literally 😄) We liked it so much that we are already talking with him about helping with a future kitchen remodel project as well!

I’ve hired Matthew for a few projects as a subcontractor and not only is his work exceptional, his customer service is wonderful and he’s quick to communicate when issues arise. I feel complete confidence that he will do what he promises to do and treat my customers great at the same time.

I cannot say enough good things about Matt and 516 Contracting! We have hired them for both residential and commercial projects, and their versatility and craftsmanship are unmatched. First, they finished the inside of our home's screened-in porch. They transformed it into a stunning, comfortable, and seamless extension of our living space with flawless finishing work. Next, they did the build-out of a separate commercial fitness studio location. They did an incredible job installing heavy-duty custom shelving, large mirrors, and specialized fitness bars. Everything is perfectly level, securely anchored, and built to handle the daily rigors of a commercial gym environment. Whether you need a high-end home renovation or a precise commercial build-out, 516 Contracting delivers exceptional quality on time and on budget. They are professional, communicative, and highly skilled!

I needed to redo my basement office and Mathew did a great job. He was great to work with and made my ideal office organization become a reality.

Matthew and his team did an amazing job on the routing and installing of the baseboards and trim around the doors and window in my basement as well as other detailed work at a really reasonable price. They are extremely customer service oriented, wanting everything done exactly as you want it. It was such a pleasure to deal with them and they cleaned up the job site perfectly. highly recommend them.
