518 Floors did a great job. They installed new wood flooring and refinished existing wood flooring. Professional crew with attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

The job was completed quickly, professionally and at a very competitive price. It was 6 months ago, and the floors still look pristine!

We had an existing wood floor that needed refinishing and a carpet to be replaced with wood floor to match existing one. Jan and his crew did a fantastic job installing the new floor, and refinishing the whole area (new and existing) to a perfect match. We could not even tell that the two sections were done installed at different times. Jan and his crew got the business down to a science. They were punctual, informative throughout the whole process, and courteous. It was a pleasure dealing with them. We are super happy with the way our flooring project turned out to be.

A portion of our wood floor was damaged and needed replacing; the rest needed refinishing. Jan and his crew arrived on schedule and did an outstanding job on both tasks. The new flooring blends in perfectly with the old refinished flooring. We would definitely recommend Jan's company to anyone who needs floor refinishing.

We highly recommend Jan and his team. He was able to provide an estimate and work within our tight schedule. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding using a water based finish or polyurethane. During they process Jan kept us updated and sent pictures. We asked for an additional buffing and Jan put us right in their schedule. We are extremely happy with our floors and that we choose 518 Flooring.

518 floor Care was the BEST. Jan and his coworker Matt were so professional and so clean. Though we thought we would need to replace our floors, Jan said he can make them look new again....... and he DID. I had an issue removing my refrigerator from the kitchen and they were right there helping to get it out. We were so impressed with their work that we are having them come back to refinish our dining and laundry room floors. We would highly recommend 518 Floor Care. Thank you Jan and Matt!

Refinished wood floors look great! Crew came and completed the work on schedule. The only minor comments are furniture put back wasn't complete - had to complete assembly of two beds and folding closet doors were not put back.

Jan is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Did an amazing job on our old hardwood floors, they look brand new! Very reasonably priced! We thought we wanted a semi-gloss polyurethane finish (but we were wrong) Jan returned the next morning and applied the high gloss finish, that we love, at no extra cost! Excellent service; great communication with us as to start/stop times and length of time to complete work and what was being done each day; cleaned up when job was finished. Floors look wonderful.

I was not pleased with the final product. I wanted a shiny finish and got a flat satin finish.
