Okay, three separate levels or lenses for this review. Focus on the one that means the most to your particular context. 1. Ongoing cleaning and pool maintenance: Kory Zimmer (525-PS&R) is great. Pool is sparkling clean. Filter replacement, etc. always done on time and at a good price. Best of all (for me, who spends a lot of time away from my AZ house), he always takes a photo of the pool when he's done and emails it to me! It's a nice touch that can have unexpected practical benefits (like noticing that my fence needs some work next time I'm in town) See photos. 2. Pool REPAIR: Kory is your guy. Compare his repair bids with anyone's (and he won't mind if you go with someone else). Competent, fair price, on time, leaves everything clean. 3. Above and beyond: no room to tell all, but we are so grateful that he's been my aunt's pool guy too. He's looked out for her in many ways, and us too, just the best and most trustworthy guy to have in your backyard. 10/10 Recommend.
