The experience with 5280 Exteriors was exceptional from start to finish for our siding project. Tim (sales rep) was amazing from the beginning with our numerous questions. His responses were quick and professional. Bryce (owner) was helpful in ensuring the items we wanted in this project were included in the initial directions to the PM and crew. Matias, Marvin, Steve and the crew were the best we could ask for. The women and men who were here daily were meticulous and ensured every aspect of the job was done perfectly. Debbie was extremely helpful in ensuring the billing was handled correctly and very delightful to talk to. Overall, we could not be more pleased. We really love the siding.

Replaced my large slider fast and efficiently. They were able to replace the rotten wood beneath the door without delay. Very friendly.

The project manager took time to walk me through the process and answer my questions causing me to feel confident. The project was completed in record time. The quality of the James Hardie siding installation is beyond expectations. The owner of the company, Bryce Steckler, personally reached out via email to ensure I was pleased w/ the project outcome. Highly recommend this company.

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. They are Definitely paying review scrubbers online. Destroyed my roof. Repaired it 3x now im stuck with a roof with inadequate ice and water shield after being repaired and glued together multiple times. Now the water drains behind my gutters. Call somebody else!! I chose high bid and got completely screwed.

We are incredibly impressed with 5280 Exterior's work. They replaced our home's existing cedar siding in December with durable, fire-resistant Hardie board siding and trim in the Colorado Mountains. Can't wait for them to come back in the Spring and complete the job to replace our roof and gutters. They are the whole package! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, they were professional, communicative, and meticulous. They paid attention to every detail, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. They were also very helpful in suggesting solutions and offering advice. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable, skilled contractor that provides competitive pricing, excellent service, and quality home exterior work.

Not all the JH siding was color matched, some was painted. It took months for the punch. I still have an area that is filled with caulk because the piece was cut too short. The billing was incorrect initially by $2000 which did get corrected after I pointed it out. The sub for the gutters did not finish their project well using screws that create clogs and cut downspouts short. The 5280 staff is very polite and did address about 95% of my concerns. They showed up when they said they would.

The siding the installers delivered was much darker than I expected it to be. Since I only had new siding installed on my West wall, it is much darker than the other three walls. Sadly, they did not have and could not have made anything lighter. I am sure someone makes a lighter blue siding, (since I had the lighter color installed over 20 years ago) but I have not found it.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm actually having them do additional work other than just siding because the estimate they gave me was more than fair.

Micks crew of underage kids on my roof was not what I wanted to see. The roof leaked, the belly band came off twice and I had to secure it myself, ran a day over schedule, then when other things started going bad under warranty he decided to ghost me. I do not recommend having this place do anything norther how cheap they are.

Incredible customer service. But not installed yet

We had our metal siding replaced due to hail damage. While it did take time to work through Ins details and to get the siding in stock and shipped the wait was worth it. The job was completed by one worker who do a fantastic job. Cleanup during the job was superb. We could not find a single thing wrong with the excellent workmanship. We would hire this worker and company again without hesitation. The only problem we had was slow pickup of the dumpster and portapotty after the job was finished.

We really like the new windows and sliding door, but there seemed to be one problem after another. They used the wrong kind of caulking on the interior on all 27 windows and did not offer to fix it, but gave a costly and time consuming solution we would have to do ourselves. Some of the windows were missing a feature that we had understood would be standard on all windows regardless of the way they opened and so now we have to install a solution that should have been existing. While installing the sliding door they broke the lock and it took several weeks to get the part and fix it correctly. The owner worked hard to make things right, but it should have been done right the first time. The crew was courteous and efficient. But we were definitely disappointed to be left with so many problems when we spent so much money. They sell a quality product that we are over all satisfied with, but not satisfied with the problems left behind.

Wade Kasman (Project Manager) was with us the entire length of the project which took place during our snowy season. Work crews for both siding and roofing completely cleaned up at days end and was as if no one had been there. Guy (Sales Associate) was fair, honest and upfront from the beginning and his input was invaluable to our color selection process. Best possible outcome from this company, our home looks brand new. I was promised a top notch crew, but because of my quick time constraints - I don't think I got one of their regular crews. The owners worked hard to try to make me happy, but in the end the quality of the work wasn't that great (poor caulking around windows and door, paint on bottom of garage door rubber, painted garage door closed, etc.) I feel like this is a good company and that I just didn't get the actual company, again because of my time crunch. The price was fair and I hope to have another opportunity to use this company and hopefully upgrade my star rating for them.

Solid job I would hire them again.

We were very happy with installation results and process. The siding looks great and the project manager worked hard to see that it was completed speedily. The only issue to speak of was in cleanup--some debris was left on our lower roof from the removal of the old siding that will require climbing up and sweeping off. A minor issue overall.

The painting team did an excellent job. Our home had not been painted for a while and so extra prep work was needed. The end result was beautiful and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend 5280 to others.

5280 did a fantastic job on the Hardie board siding project. The customer service was great the craftsmanship that was put into the job was impeccable. I highly recommend this company to anyone who would like to improve the appearance of their home.

An almost impossible task to repair, stain, and seal cedar siding was completed with outstanding results. All specifications by the stain manufacturer were followed. The damaged areas blend in nicely. I would hire them again if needed.

Highly recommend 5280 Exteriors. The sales team was not pushy and they spent a lot of time in the sales process making sure we were comfortable with the product and the install. The team that installed the window was top notch and did a great job. I will be using 5280 for many future projects.
