Timely, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive. Kept me informed when the plumber would be arriving. Had to replace the sump pump motor aa it had failed. The job was done, and cleaned up with out a problem even though the sump was deep and the pump had failed and come apart. From start to finish the operation went like clockwork. I would highly recommend Spartan. The next morning they called to check my satisfaction on the project and ask if there was anything else they could do. Top notch customer service that you don't often see anymore. Vaughn did a great job.
