I have several properties in AZ and Chris has helped me with 6 of them. He would say fix or replace the unit. If it was fix I trusted him and got an extra 5 years of service. If it was replace, I saved money from usage fee. He was always upfront with costs and timing. Was there when he said he would and done when he said he would be. No surprise fees. Great company.
