The system they had to work on is over 30 years old. I understand it is outdated and the job was somewhat difficult. They could not clean the outside of my exhaust fan due but still tried to charge my husband more than the price of the estimate and actually did charge the estimate price which was 450.00. I feel they should have at least given me a 50.00 discount since the outside of the fan was not cleaned.

"The $450 was for the range hood, the exhaust fan was added after the estimate was done. We had one person spend six hours on the fan alone scraping 9lb of greese off of it and scrubbing it. The exterior of the fins where broke and they were told they need a new cover because if we had taken it off we were liable to replace it witch in the end would have cost another 300 to replace. We charged a extra $25 dollars for cleaning the fan witch showed a reflection in the bill only they payed the original agreed apon amount. The price break they got was the original amount of the fan if it was included in the estimate of $200."
