I am in Kenton Delaware and just brought a new build in 2019 to turn around and get a crack in my foundation is upsetting. The owner is nice and the workers are respectful and patiently do the work. Today it is raining 3/5/2022 and this gives me a chance to check the work. Mt leak is gone! I give the 5 stars because they really help me.

Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house.

Concrete work was complete unleveled and will most likely lead to cracking. Was told to call if it should crack and they will repair. Basement room was not swept following job and plastic was left up and hanging.

The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. Overall, I am very happy we chose BDry.!

They were able to advise that I did not have a basement water problem and instead diagnosed condensation for which they suggested a simple solution. They did not charge
