'58 Foundations

58 Foundations completed a waterproofing in my basement due to water coming in underneath my foundation. I was impressed from the beginning with the professionalism of this company. After I first reached out to them for an estimate, I was given information to review even before the gentleman came out to look at my basement. I appreciated the detailed communication regarding who would be coming to my house and when. The estimate was low pressure and detailed. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the how and why of the water leak and the repair. I did not feel like I was being talked down to or pressured into an expensive repair that I may not need. Once I decided to go with 58 Foundations, a date was set for the repair. On the schedule day, three gentlemen were at my home at the time that I was told they would come. From there, the work was completed smoothly, competently, and professionally. The cleanup was impeccable and the job was completed in less time than estimated! The gentleman, Jubal, Trevor and DJ, were very polite and informative. My mother and I felt very comfortable with them and for two women living alone, that is extremely important. I couldnâ t be happier with their work and would fully recommend 58 Foundations and these three gentlemen in particular!

I absolutely recommend these guys. Michael, Shana, and Anthony did a great job. They were professional, courteous, and so fast! They sent detailed pictures, videos and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the results. I couldn't be happier.

Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house.

Knowledgeable and very informative sales person. Everything was done as promised.

Concrete work was complete unleveled and will most likely lead to cracking. Was told to call if it should crack and they will repair. Basement room was not swept following job and plastic was left up and hanging.

They were on time, did a clean job...very efficient!

Gus was really nice. He knew what we needed inspected and fixed for a reasonable rate.

B Dry couldn't do this job but recommended someone who could, estimated the price and put me in touch with the workman. Great service. Audrey

The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. Overall, I am very happy we chose BDry.!
