My mom had called and got a quote from them for cleaning and potential diagnostic and gave me the info. When I called to schedule things they quoted about $100 more than she had been quoted but at that time I figured it was because after talking to me and me explaining the problem it was more involved. The guy arrives and starts with cleaning the dryer and showing me that the flap is now working and that there had been some insulation stuck in it. He did not end up needing to do any diagnostics at all. However much to my surprise I was still charged for the diagnostics and it was another $100 more than I had been quoted so another $200 more than the original quote. I then talked with a friend who had a different company come out and they were shady about their pricing and did not take advantage of the fact that she was a single lady. The shady dealing with pricing and continuing to charge me for a diagnostic when a diagnostic did not take place is a big red flag for me.

Anthony and Brad were AMAZING!!! Friendly, efficient, quick and best of all they were honest. I will be calling them whenever I need any appliances repaired and will recommend them to everyone. It is hard to find this kind of quality work for such a great price. Thank you so much.

Five Star should be named 10 Star! We called Anthony on 2/10/24 with our GE refrigerator issue not keeping temp and ice maker not working. He basically told us what the problem was over the phone and said he could be out to fix it with a few hours. He not only showed when he said he would, he took the refrigerator apart, told us the cost up-front then fixed the problem all within 20 minutes! He was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Five Star will be our only company we use moving forward. Highly recommend!

I hired him based on his reviews which were awesome, but when the person came to my home the diagnosis was wrong. The tech provided me an estimate outlining the issue / fix and left. Then after he left he sent a text and an estimate which outlined a completely different problem than what he originally provided me. I uploaded both estimates to the warranty company, who questioned why there were two different estimates outlining two different issues, and refused to approve either estimate. I then reached out to the manufacturer of the gas dryer who sent over a technician, and the problem was not any of the issues 5 star claimed. The cost to me was 75 dollars.
