5 Star Cleaning Service, LLC

Maria and Rosie did an amazing job on our 2-level 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home. They worked efficiently but did a very thorough job. So much so that we plan to use them on a regular basis moving forward. Mario was very prompt with responding to my questions and he even stopped by to do an inspection of the work and to ensure we were happy with the service. I would highly recommend this cleaning service!!

They did a great job.

They did a fantastic â deep cleanâ service of our home. They were very thorough, hard-working, fast, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend their services.

I hired Maria and her team for a one-time cleaning during the pandemic, however when arrived after the cleaning we discussed doing the cleaning monthly but with the pandemic and a baby being sick in the house, I had to postpone the cleaning. Maria replied to my text rudely with no professionalism, rather humanism at all. During my initial cleaning, she quoted a price of about $300 for my whole house with 4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Bathrooms. She charges by the number of people and by hours of cleaning while other maids charge for the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I have always had my house cleaned but Maria was rude in demeanor when we messaged about delaying the cleaning so that I do not expose her and her team to the sick baby in the house. During my first time, the cleaning was well done, but customer service was truly poor. I would not hire them again. The choice is yours! Thanks.

first time cleaning was great

They have always cleaned my ocd home from top to bottom. They continued to be flexible and just as cleanworthy during a major home renovation.

Amazing job! Can't wait to have them back!

Fantastic service and great people !

Prompt, efficient, and thorough!

They do an excellent job!! The cleaners are wonderful and friendly and Maria the owner is very professional and puts 100% into whatever she does.

Maria and her crew did an amazing job in deep cleaning my house. She had same day service available. Amidst this coronavirus, she was 100% willing to come to my house and deep clean. The house looks like no one has ever lived in it. Cleaned the bathrooms, bedrooms, stoves, microwave, kitchen and even the windows and dust in the ceiling. This was a first time service but I am going to hire her again for regular cleaning. I know my house is safe from any outside anything due to her cleaning! Thanks!

I was amazed @ the service I received. I immediately knew this was the company for my needs and they are coming regularly! Would certainly recommend them

They did a fabulous job cleaning my home.

5 Star Cleaning did more than I expected!! I was left in awe of how clean my home was. They were on time, professional, and friendly. I would recommend them to ANYONE!!!

They did a nice job.

They were on time and did a nice job.

5 Star did such an amazing job with cleaning my home there was so much dust and construction mess built up and they made the house look and smell phenomenal. I would recommend their service to everyone!!

It was difficult to explain to the cleaners exactly what the job was prior to them arriving. It was a deep clean of our gym area in the basement. The rubber flooring needed to be removed, scrubbed and dried clean. The cleaning team from Five Star handled the challenge and left the gym area in perfect condition per our instructions.

Very polite, clean house well

The team arrived a little earlier than planned, I love that. They got right to work and never stopped. They were so polite and courteous. My house not only looks clean but it smells amazing. They did things I did not expect, like rolled my throw on my bed, it looked like a room from a cruise ship, so fancy. I will hire them to come on a regular basis now. Great job!!!

Fantastic job !

Called for a last minute cleaning. 4 very professionals showed up and did a wonderful job cleaning my 4 bedroom home in just 2hrs. Beautiful work!
