Tim and his crew worked tirelessly and finished the whole process within the week. After they finished and I had paid in full, Tim even sent his crew back to clean up some splatters and debris that I had not noticed earlier. So nice to deal with a businessman who has integrity AND competence!

Concrete Flatwork Repair & Resurface
Tim, from "Affordable Concrete Service" (part of 5 Star) was very quick to respond to my inquiry through Home Advisor. This was a rather small job (8 bags of concrete) to repair a sidewalk. After initial response Tim, and a helper, came 2 days later and made the repair. They cut out the old sidewalk, cut the roots of the tree, framed, poured, and finished to my specs the job.. They hauled away all debris, and left my yard the same as when they started. A great job !

Stamped Concrete Installation
5 Star construction was great to work with, explained to me different ways to save money as well as explaining the pro's and con's to each technique. They worked around my schedule and were on time and finished in a timely manner, and the work turned out Beautiful. I highly recommend this company if you want good concrete, or stone work.

Tim was amazing. He contacted us immediately upon us beginning our search for someone to pour a basketball court/patio and extend our drive way on both sides. His bid was the best we received. He listened to what we wanted and gave his own suggestions as to what he felt might look better. The work began and finished on time. Tim and his team were very courteous. They literally were singing while they worked. I was beyond impressed when Tim went the extra mile in cutting out a part of our pre-existing sidewalk to place in our new stamped section. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

Replaced old driveway with new one: 720ft�� of concrete and 300ft�� of asphalt. I like the Tim's personal approach to the project. He was responsive to my requests and also gave me few good suggestions during the project which I have approved. The project was done on time and on the budget. The bid was competitive, this is small family business, so do not expect big contractor with large overhead. Good job Tim.

Replace and old sidewalk. Tim was good about returning my calls, answered all of my questions. Work was on time, no extra cost even though the old sidewalk was much thicker than estimated. The job was done exactly as I requested. He took all precautions in case of rain and did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything and I highly recommend him!

Stamped Concrete Installation
Even though the job was on the small side, just a new front path from curb to porch, the attention to detail, and customers wishes was outstanding, cost came right in on target, and extra little things were done to enhance the home's front appearance, like fresh extra garden soil, and some masonry repair at no added cost.

Tim was happy to follow my instructions and give me exactly what I asked for. I am very happy with his work. My sidewalk looks beautiful and is very safe to walk on. He replaced my old brickwork and uneven stones and raised the sidewalk high enough to keep us out of the mud. :)
